IT Landscape Advisor

Everstores is a recently found Berlin-based fintech startup, focussing on aggregating e-commerce shops. They hired me to advise them on their IT Strategy and Landscape. My main tasks were:
- Project Lead for CRM (Hubspot) optimization and automation (workflows and sequences) for different sales funnels
- Custom webhook applications in cooperation with a PHP developer
- ERP-Systems and implementation roadmap advisery

2017 - Current

Freelancing

During my studies I started to work as a freelancer on various IT consulting jobs. These include full stack system administration, IT advisory and support for office Solutions and webdesign.
- Latest projects: NAS-filesystem setup with user management, VPN concept and implementation for homeoffice solution, Windows 2019 server setup and CRM migration from "Onoffice CRM" to "estatePro" (real estate focused CRM)

Café Mono’s GbR

Co-Owner

Café Mono's was a gastronomic project I started with my two siblings during the pandemic to allow people to enjoy moments in a relaxed atmosphere outdoors again during the times between lockdowns. My main tasks were:
- Co-Owner and responsible for digital solutions and Team management
- Digital Branding, Website design and realization, digital advertising
- Implementing and monitoring digital services for order and customer management, performance analysis, budget planning and forecast

Co-Owner

Burghardt Real Estate was the first joint project I have with my brother. We founded it to manage our family's properties on the one hand and to offer our clients an uncomplicated and professional way to sell their property on the other hand.
I am responsible for sales and acquisitions and legal processes, as well as:
- Digital Branding, Website design and realization, digital advertising
- Implementation and configuration of Zoho CRM and our other office solutions

Massa Haus GmbH is the market leader in selling and realizing house construction projects to private customers.
I worked in direct sales and customer care and could further develop my experience in sales and customer relations.
